I've had the toughest experience with Directv. They attempt to attract you with all offers before you join but neglect to satisfy them. They assured me A TOTALLY FREE DVD-PLAYER that they continue to be marketing on the site.
I sent the payoff type in Sept. After pursuing with 7 e-mails since December and 25 telephone calls since Oct i still have not obtained any exact info or telephone call your investment participant till day (Overdue January). Everyone actually believed to me was it's been increased somebody can get touching you, we're looking for an answer, you'll obtain in 6 - 8 weeks (which allegedly began from OCT) and that I imagine these 8 weeks were never finished as well as in nov or Dec again it had been 6-8 weeks.
ALL-THEY EVER READILY PRESENT IS FALSE GUARANTEES. Not only that at every statement you've to carefully check it because they are destined to create errors after which you've to contact them-and watch for long-long period and obtain your problem solved.
I'd most definitely not suggest DIRECTV to anybody.
