We had DirecTV installed down in Florida under my name and had no problems, My Husband Larry wanted it for the NFL pkg, which at that time DirecTV had a monoply on. Our problem is when My husband called and wanted DirecTV installed here in Wisconsin under his name, a separate account. DirecTV just could not get there act together and keep the two accounts separate. They said they were joint accounts, he was promised 3 promo offers,
$10.00 off his bill for 20 months, this one is from the office in Georgia that we were first speaking with. From DirecTV we were promised:
$10.00 off for 12 monthes.
Also a free DVD player. Well we did not get the 20 month deal or the free DVD player, because of errors they made by tieing the two accounts together. Every time I call I get a different state, no two people tell me the same info. It took 11 days for us to get the system installed. I just think DirecTV should get their act together.
