Well after many years with them (DirecTv) I am done. Last year I had the Genie installed. My wife and I don't care for it even though most people like it. I had called in but got no where. I wrote a letter to Corporate and was sent to a Case manager who acted like we can help LOL I had to have several techs out over a 4 -6 week time, on issues I saw and had. The issues were not always there but in the end they said we can not do anything it is working ok, and when I had the last call from my case worker Jeff he says well I will close this out as resolved. Ummm no it just means I am stuck with this garbage until the end of the year at which time I will leave DirectV. Sad but true All I wanted was my old equipment back. So being a long time customer really doesn't mean anything to them
