Jan. 14, I called discernity-direct tv to find out when my cable would be turned back on after a shut off from an unknown utility charge from my property management 'Canterbury retreat apts'. The following morning my internet was off so i called to see what was the problem and reached a EXTREMELY RUDE WOMAN that insulted me by stating "you people over there need to start paying your bills". I was so dissapointed that this woman would make a remark like this to me and didn't even know me. I felt so DISRESPECTED... That I have to pay my money to a company with employees who behave like this with the customers! (she became furious after I told her my internet was working before I called discernity regarding my cable and that it seemed like I was being scammed considering she strongly advised me to use my debit card to pay for her to send a technition out)
