After having problems with Dish Satellite Internet service, which is subbed through Wild Blue Internet, the problem was not resolved and no solution seemed to be available. I scheduled sign-up and installation of a land-based internet wireless service that was referred by a neighbor and some other friends. To save my time and Dish the trouble of sending out a technician to check equipment, I was asked if I wanted to cancel service and I said yes. My account was suspended and I then found out that I was blocked out of my dishmail.net e-mail account. On my wife's i-phone we are still able to view the e-mails and see new ones coming in. I have contacted Dish and explained that I need to access my e-mail account to facilitate at least a forward of important e-mails to our newest e-mail account and send notice of a new e-mail address to our important contacts. I was frustrated to be told that there was no solution to my problem and the Customer relations rep. Didn't realize that this problem could even happen. I canceled our Internet Service with Dish because it was so horrible and now they have verified the fact that they have absolutely terrible customer service and public relations. I am aware that dishmail.net is a sub of Gmail.com and that someone probably knows how we can get to our blocked e-mail account to get a smooth transition to our new e-mail. If anyone out there has an answer to our problem, please comment and let us know. It would be nice to see Dish step up and offer a solution, but I am not expecting much from a company that creates this sort of problem to begin with.
