I ordered basic DVD and Internet. Dish advertises free installation in up to six rooms and a free DVR. Upon installation I was told I would have to keep my Comcast Internet, I was charged for installation and I did not receive a DVR. My house was completely wired for cable and I am only receiving TV reception in one room. I e-mailed dish a couple of times with no response and now I see my bill has gone from 30 some among the 50 some month and all I have is basic TV. I've had it with dish they are ripoff I want to get rid of them. Signed Lee
