Lousy service - This company stinks. Tried to stop service after the death of my mom. Tried to use their phone line for over an hour... They ended the call about a dozen times!

Tried to end service after the death of my mom... Tried for hours. Call ended after the call routing was to move me to a live agent to end service... Bet it would have routed me correctly if I was purchasing service!!!
