I will make this short. Comcast added a service i did not authorize and its been horrible to get it off my bill. I literally spent hours upon hours trying to get a resolution, even chatting on line with customer service. They have xfinity department out of the country and they charge an outrageous fee for customer support without telling customer. I thought i was calling comcast as i usually have done in past for a question, needless to say i was charged 79 for a start up cost, 23 dollars and 19 and i still am not sure what these charges were for except they were connected to cost of what they call HELP DESK - CUSTOMERS BE WARE OF THIS. Make sure if you call for info with comcast they don't connect you with signature support.
