I had a past due balance in October and when I called them to pay it, they took the payment. Then they turned around three days later and sent me another bill with the October balance still on it. I called them and they said to disregard it because THEY has a system error in October where it look as if peoples payments did not process. Next bill i had a 400.00 bill that included the October bill twice. I spent 3 hours on the phone with someone who must have been in the Philippines because we refuse to Americans, only to be told the same story over and over and over. 2 months later the issue is still not resolved and now i have to provide bank statements to show that i did pay the bill. And i am still in danger of having my service cut off because of the October past due amount.
