I switched my TV service from Adelphia to Direct TV back in October. At that time, I had a credit balance on my bill. I shut off my service with Adelphia 9 months ago, but yet I am still receiving a bill from them every month saying I have a credit balance.
I have emailed, called, & even sent the bill back every single month since then, asking for my credit check to be sent to me.
Everytime I call or email, I am told a request will be put thru to release my check, but yet I never seem to receive it and the credit balance is still on my so called bill, even though I haven't had service with them for the past 9 months.
If this was owed to them, they would do everything they could to collect the money!
