I honestly don't know how a company can stay in business if you cant even establish an account. I spent 55 minutes in two separate calls trying to establish an account. I already did all of this on line but they needed to actually create an account when you are on the phone. They couldn't do it. I had to call back three times but they kept disconnecting me. This was not a dropped call because I was calling from a land line. Finally I called and cancelled. I'll get AT&T instead and use HuLu
