I reserved a-10 base vehicle with Budget. I established the collection using the collection area. After I came I had been billed $39.80 significantly more than the reservation cost. I had been provided A - 16 base vehicle, that we did not require. Budgetis site claims when they exchange a bigger vehicle the cost may be the same. Consequently they charged mean extra $50 for not buying up the vehicle, that we did collection and was overcharged for. Customer support continues to be violent.
I've submitted two grievances using the California Department of Justice. I would recommend that any Californian with comparable grievances do exactly the same. Maybe if enough people protest their state will require action against Budget.
