I got direct tv installed about five days ago, mostly sold on their customer support base. Well, my dvr has simply quit on me, it just won't turn on and i am told it needs to be changed, however now I have to wait two days and on top I have to pay 19.99 for the shipping and handeling. On top of it all, as I tried speaking to a supervisor or manager one was not available because it was to close to 1:00am. So I guess you're thinking it's ok I deal with my frustration until morning, and although I pay for the service I can't actually enjoy it.
