I'm so disgusted with this company! They claim they're so great but here I am, week three and still my internet is not fixed! I have replaced everything, splitter, modem, line from phone jack to computer, the computer is only two years old! Four service guys have been here and still nothing. I called and was telling them the problem and was told the supervisor would call me back, and here it is five hours later and no return phone call. There was another service guy that was suppose to come between 1pm and 5pm. No show. No call to tell me. I agrree that there should be a class action suit brought. I bet I can get everyone in town to join.
