My name is latisha cammon cleveland ohio resident On the first of july my family and I moved to a upstairs unit we called twc to set up internet because AT&T wasn't available until the 18th but siince my summer class is online I needed now, twc told me the lady before me never cancelled her phone and internet so he wil have to call her or owner of property, after speaking to the owner they called and said I had to pay 50 first month fees and I can pick up at location next day we picked it up acctivated 2 days later I called to get internet upgrade the man tell me that theres a restriction and mrs zelda from fraud department the only one thatcan lift the hold, next day I called her and she ask me for my social security number said I dont give mine out over the phone I gave it to the location 2027 west 25th when I signed up she said I would have to submit it into the location to getservices one hour lady my internet was cut off i called customer service he told me zelda cut it off next day went down there submitted my id and social I called he I didnt get a answer left her a voicemail at 9am called back at 4 no answei left a voicemail to her manager still no answer next day I called back she said take my lease to the office because the lady before had a outstanding balance I said what do that have to me, I submitted my lease next day call back she say iam not accepting your lease I say y not she said the lease is filled out in hand written and your social is not real where did u get it from I said last year when I had timewarner I wasn't married now I have myy husband name, mow I have to submit my marriage license id ssi birth certificate just to prove who iam then I have to submit my check stubs, electricity bill bil to show that I live here, we dont have cable yet we use our internet for hulu and Netflix now the office dont open til monday another weekend withiut internet me working full time home is my only time to use the internet to do my class work if I dont pass my class my job wont pay for the financial aid that I paid last month its sad how they would think I would go through all this just to get internet, the lady zelda is rude as hell I submitted every thing I had and she said she still going to send someone out to disconnect nmy services and investage to see if I really live here I hate this company my blood is boiling living overher timewarner is the only fast internet ineed corporate office to call me asap
