I cannot belive this! My name is Abigail Bachman an ohio resident. I have never missed a payment for my tw internet service. I have been disconnected twice in two months due to an unknown work order to disconnect at my address! I'm furious! This weekend Im able to be home and have several meetings scheduled for work, that requires me to have internet. I was told my account is locked and being handled by the "fraud dept.". What is going on with this company! The only thing I use my internet for is email and meetings over seas. I am unable to attend my meeting today and if I am not contacted by monday, I will be going to the BBB. I'm done playing around with this heinous company!
