Time Warner Cable
TWC erratic service - Time warner cable internet

TWC bought Insight in Bowling Green KY. SInce that time, I am barely able to get a couple hours connection every 24 hours. Very slow. Tv "stutters", phone cuts out, internet just goes away. Their TECH people tell me a) there is no problem or b) i need to reset my modem AGAIN.
