Time warner cable is the least customer friendly company I have ever dealt with, and that includes insurance companies. Please save your self some grief and look into your options,!! I have just saved over $100 a month by cancelling with twc. Just a warning, to cancel your service you will be on hold for 1/2 before talking to anyone! After 3 days of Cable and sitting on Hold for 1 hour total waiting to speak to someone I am done.
