4 cable boxes in 6 months

In the past 6 months, I continue to get a cable box that does not work after a month or two. This is my 4th box that I have received. The box will stop recording or it will record only one show and not the other. My favorite is when I have a scheduled recording and it does not record at all. It does this sporatically so there's no way to plan for it. I just scheduled to get my box replaced and of course, they had to reschedule my appointment last minute. This is it. If they don't show up or if this box breaks, I am canceling my services. This service is very expensive in my opinion and as much as we pay, it should work.
