To start with the boxes are horrible. The channels keep freezing and the box turns off on its own. Searching is almost impossible because its so slow. I can press the buttons 100 times and nothing will happen. The DVR doesn't record all the shows and when it does, half the show would be missing or it will record an entirely different show. I am in the process of canceling the service because I would rather have no cable at all than stay with bright house. I couldn't even get showtime because bright house had fee issues with showtime. Ironic... The community I live in, which is a low income community by the way, is charging me $25.00 cancellation fee and will not cancel until I go to the office with the check. They told me its a bright house charge. They said I have to call bright house to get the box. I call bright house and they tell me the community has to pick up the box and if I cancel they are going to increase my Internet charge by $30. Now I have to search for an Internet service provider and figure out how I'm going to return this box once I go to the community office with the $25.00. This is not fun
