Brighthouse (MONOPOLIZING) and Raising rates and you can't watch a whole show on DVR

I have traded my cable box in twice within 3 months, I still can't watch an entire show with my DVR even if you add minutes. Also my cable bill started at $128 in Jan and now its $144 and each month gets higher...
They just make excuses for everything that happens. Unfortunately they have Monopolized in this area and unless I get Satelite, I am stuck with them... I hate them, they need to fix their problems, they make enough money off of us to do so.
