We have internet only thru Centurylink. Our internet has been down for the past month. I have called tech support several times. Said is was slow speed. Then the box. Then the wiring. Gave us a site visit stated it was fiber optic problem. Never was resolved. So we disconnected the box and called Comcast for internet. They stated it was $200 for any early term fee. Contract is up in January. Not sure why this is fair. Kept service on until January when contract ends. Have to pay $38 month for absolutely no service at all.
