I have been a telephone cable repairman since I was 21 and now I am 62, I have used Ebarq who bought out Sprint for thirteen years with no major issues, TILL CENTURYLINK CAME OUT WITH PRISM TV AND INTERNET* IT HAS BEEN ABSOLUTE HELL, CONSTANT tv AND INTERNET SLOW, OFF, OUT, SKIPS, AND INTERNET OUT, FLASH AND REPEAT OUTAGES ALL DAY 15 MINUTES APART. I kind find repairman without calling in they are everywhere. SINCE I USED TO WORK FOR THE PHONE COMPANY, ONE OF THE REPAIRMAN SAID, "the engineers have it all srewed up". I am preparing a class action legal action against them and going to have to go to cable TV, I just had it in kentucky for little more price but no problems, I am going to small claims for all my money back and the others who sign the small claims action.
