No line of sight

I had a house fire 2 weeks ago witch forced us to move after loseing everything in the up stairs of out aparmtne we found a new place moved in and called dish to move our services. Well now thay can't get a line of sight signal and are forceing me to pay a 315 cancleation fee and will not work with me at all I called customer service I was hung up on my wife was hung up on so they are telling me I have to pay for a service they can't provise.
