Not able to watch a movie, won't be fixed for 2 days! - time warner cable

I want to rent a movie for my Granddaughter and I to watch and there are systems down that prevent me from renting! I called the local company and said it may be Sunday or Monday before it is fixed! That is VERY unacceptable! I never had this trouble when it was Insight!!
