I have been with Dish for about a year and a few months. When I first signed up for dish I was under the impression that I would be locked in at a low price for 2 years. I paid $50 for a year and the price did not only go up a few dollars it doubled. Dish fails to mention this to customers. I wouldn't be so upset but the installer that came to my house said sign here to give permission for me to drill in your house, not even knowing I was signing a contract the I never got to read. Anyways my whole point is because my family has been having problems with some neighbors that shot up our house. They continue everyday to bring danger into our lives so we are forced to move. I moved to my new apartment and called dish to transfer the services. I asked the CSR all types of questions and which one of her responses was, its free to move and I asked what if I cant get satellite? She said your contract then would be voided and you would no longer own anything. I am not paying for something I am not using. I will be contacting the BBB and letting them know about dish and would NEVER recommend their services to ANYONE.
