We got a dish network connection, signed a 2 year contract and everything was fine for about 4 months. Then we planned to move to a new apartment. So, went to the website and checked the "To do" things before we move. We did call them gave them the new address etc. As soon as we moved, we called them to hook us again. The technician came tested and said there are no signalsavailable so it is not possible to connect. We still got the bil for next monthl. Its our mistake that there is no signal. If we ask to disconnect then we have to pay $280 for discontinuing before 2 yrs. But i said, it is them who are not able provide the services. Before we could blink the eyes, the money was charged on to the credit card without consent. I ask where did i go wrong. I made sure before sigining that if we moved, would there be any problem? They said no sir, dish is available everywhere! And now i don't have a tv connection and charged for something i did not use. If this is not anarchy what is it?
