In ordnance with my contract with DISH Networks, when I moved I moved DISH with me. They use Digital Reception Services to install the DISH. I moved to an apartment who said I could install DISH provided nothing was damaged.
The men who came to install the service did the worst job I ever saw. They tore up carpeting, have cables across door jams and damaged my TV stand. The company sent out a QA person who said he would never have done the job. Then called claims and the installers supervisor came out and basically said the same thing.
It has been almost a month and still no word on the claim. DISH will not let me out of the contract, the apartment complex is upset because of the carpeting and the way the cabling is. Both DISH and Digital Reception Services think this is a joke. I cannot finish getting settle afraid if I move anything they will say I did it. Also afraid someone will get injured by tripping over the cable that is strewn across the doors.
I need to get help in resolving this and don't know who to turn to!
I blame DISH and their management told me tough luck, they are not doing anything about it.
