Sucks, theft of services, false advertisement

I ordered Direct TV in Nov for my recently remodeled home. Could have chose Cable or Dishnetwork... Unfortunately chose Diret Tv. What a mistake. Was fast talked (should have been a red flag) on the first call, was told how they had more channels in HD than any other company. Was not told that those channels just are not available in my area. The Tech came to install, could not actualy stay to make sure the TV service worked. Spent three more days on phone getting service to work.

Then a few weeks later had a problem with reception. Had that fixed via a new cable. Came to realize that the few channels we actually are supposed to get in HD are not working (most of those channels we never would watch anyway) When we try and correct the problem we get transferred from person to person who then finally come to realize something more serious is wrong and in order to correct the problem and restore HD channels that we have yet to EVER have, I must pay someone 79 dollars to come and fix THEIR problem with THEIR equipment that I did not install!!! OR I can order their "protection program" for and additional $19.00 a month. As if I don't already OVERPAY for a service they have yet to even provide me with! NEVER USE DIRECT TV. GOD forbid you should have an issue... It's your issue. Not theirs!
