I will refuse to pay a cancellation charge for poor service and Direct TV cannot produce a signed contract. I have sent back all of the equipment that they had asked for. The bill has been more than double what we were supposed to pay, so we had to call every month to rectify the bill. Bad service on Direct TV's part. Now to try and charge a fee for cancelling? I will not pay for bad Direct TV service that I will not be able to use in the future.
