This is an ongoing complaint since March 8. My cable services stopped working on all channels I am supposed to receive. I have made repeated calls to Rogers to have this corrected and I am constantly being told I can not have a service call when I am available but must take what they want.in 16 weeks I have received only 2 service calls neither of which resolved the problem, the second service tech was only here 3 minutes. On top of this the credit department has been harassing me (19 calls in 5 days) for payments that; a) are not due until July 10, according to the last bill, b) money that has been paid already and, c) money for services that they refuse to provide. This company has been provided a monopoly in the cable industry for the area in which I live and yet they refuse to fix problems which are entirely the responsibility of the service provider.
