On fixed income, bought a new HD tv dish rep said, we can get a HD reciver, installer came out today, great install, now we only have locall chanels on the Tv, they want us to upgrade to get all HDTV programing, i was not told about this by the sales person they told me the upgrade to ad HDTV would only be $ 7,00 more a monty and ii needed to sigh up for 2 more years, sure i can do that! Guess what, we need to sign up for a diffrent package to get all HDTV channels THEY DIDN'T tell me that! Called dish said the could knock off 15 bucks for 6 months, I said NO! They didnot tell me i needed a upgrade to get HDTV! What a shady wayy to do business! Sorry sire that's all we can do
