Time Warner Cable in Austin TX has horrible service. I have been stood up 3 times while waiting for their technicians as well as 3 plus hours on the phone talking with operators who say the same things over and over and not have any ability to carry out the business of this company.incompetent and not acceptable service! I will be looking for alternatives!
