I called and asked if Time Warner was going to charge more since acquiring Insight communication, who was my provider at the time. They advised the rates would increase and no special pricing incentives for us to stay so I cancelled service. A representative said I did not have to return the equipment. The next thing I know I start receiving bills from Time Warner and eventually a representative shows up at my home wanting the equipment. Thank God I saved it and did not throw it away. I tried talking with customer service but they refused to help.
