Dish network is the only company that I know that will make one payment arrangement per year. Also my husband called in to make a check payment and unfortonately he entered the wrong account number. The Customer Service Supervisor even verified that the returned item shows that unable to locate account. Now we are not allowed to pay by check. This returned payment was not returned to no funds in the account. The Supervisor I spoke with wasnt helpful at all. And when I mentioned checking with other tv service providers about changing services I was told "Alright". Sure shows how much they value a 2 yr customer.
