Money is tight so called Time Warner to get some items cut that we don't use. Was told we had auto renewed and did not even know it. Had a Time Warner rep tell me they hate having to tell people this and think it is unfair. It is a shame a company treats its long standing customers like this. My mother in law pays $50 less a month for more services. Time Warner should understand that people run into times where they need to cut bills then when times are better they will reinstate the services. When my contract is up I will be calling dish network and blocking Time Warner from calling me.
