I had to pay to have my cable run to my house. There were others on the road but they did not want to hook up at that time. If they did it would have cost me nothing. Since the cable has been run the others have hooked up. I was told by the Time Warner Rep. That I would be refunded my money if others hooked up. Well here we are and Time Warner won't even return my phone call. I have left a messages (3) with a Mr. Murphy in the Right of Way area of Time Warner and no calls back.
