For at least the 10th time this month, I get an error message when accessing the programs saved on my DVR.

By the way, I had a similar problem with my Comcast modem, loosing internet connectivity computer multiple times a day for month! After a similar song and dance as described above and multiple trips to the Comcast field office standing in lines wrapped around the building before the place opened, I insisted on getting a new, unused modem.
Comcast Atlanta - please stop recycling old equipment that is long past its depreciation date.
