No response - impossible to cancel contractI have been sending letters and emails to Planet fitness since the 5th of February after being advised telephonically that this is the procedure to cancel my contract.
Emails dating back to 5 February have not been answered. I've re-sended these many times. I want to cancel my contract, as it went into auto renewal without my knowledge. I phoned the Fourways mega club and spoke to Godwin, who advised me that I can cancel by sending an email and supplied the email: [Email Removed] I've also sent emails to [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] without any answers. This is shockingly bad service.
