I took out a membership with Peak Fitness. It was for 2 years and I finished out my contract. On Oct. 9 I spoke to BIanca at ABC finacial Services that handles Peak Fitness contracts I sent her an email to cancel my contract as I was told to do. She informed me that she received the email and that my contract was canceled however on Dec. 27 I received notification from my bank that I had an over draft on my bank account because Peak Fitness renewed my contract. When I notified the company I was informed that this was my responsibility and that I owed the company.
I canceled my membership and now I have to pay that isnt fair and something should be done. I strongly suggest for people not to take out a membership with Peak Fitness because they will charge you for a contract that you don't have anymore.
