Internet speeds have dropped below what was promised, scribed for the 6mg, getting 1 or 2 and sometims zero. Called cust. Service everyday last week, was told they had outages in my area, cust service said it was out of their hands til the tec fix it. Were going on to week 4 with little or no service, yet still being harassed by billing. Other nieghbers having the same problems some of them subcribe for 12m service. Looking for a solution other then "class action".
