Travelocity stole my money and left me homeless in a strange city, then mocked me

I booked a room the hotel did not honor their special secret rate then said I needed a $250 CASH deposit whicn I didnt have (for a 39 room) They refused to refund the money statiing the reservation was there I decided not to take it
