I booked two rooms and when we arrived at the hotel travelocity only had one room reserved for us but i received a confirmation for two and was charged on my credit card that same day i made the reservation for two rooms for three days and only got one room. The worst part was no one would help us at travelocity to resolve our problem they just said they could not help finally the attendand at the hotel called them the next day travelocity said everything was ok there was a credit but its been 10days later after our trip and no refund and no email or call or answer from travelocity that they are refunding our money this is not the only problem i had with this reservation but thats water under the bridge i think they have to pay for the discomfort and aggrivation they caused the whole family we rented five rooms for three days and only got 4
