The customer service was horrible! It took me 3 times and over 10 hours of wait time for return phone calls to finally get through after the first two times customer service hung up on me while I was on hold. Once I did get to talk to customer service they were very rude especially Cypress the supervisor. I will never use Expedia again to book flights. I have had much better service through Orbitz and Cheap Flights.
