Never will I use Expedia or Singapore airlines again. My credit card was charged twice for my flights and left my account in debit almost $4000 dollars. I then spent hours going between Singapore airlines and Expedia trying to get my money back. Both companies blamed each other. You have to sit on hold for over half an hour and then your put through to the wrong department because Expedias answering service has a glitch that sends you to Hotel Information instead of flight info like it states. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and I haven't even stepped foot on the plane yet!
