I booked flights on Malaysian Airlines from Male to Kuala Lumpur with Orbitz and entered all three names on my ticket (I have a first, middle and last name) and in places like Australia, (where I'm from) Asia, Pacific countries, etc. Basically everywhere except U.S. You need your name on your ticket EXACTLY as it appears in your passport otherwise you could be refused passage. Unless you are flying in and out of the U.S. Anyhow, when I rang MAS to book my seats they told me that my agent must fix my ticket as I must have it EXACTLY as per passport.
Anyhow, when I got in touch with Orbitz, they just gave me the run around, so far to date I have sent 19 emails and now they want me to pay for their computer error to reprint a new ticket or pay for a refund (I know it's ludicrous) I have refused as it was their computer error and not my error and am still waiting for a resolution. I don't fly until January so I am just going to keep on their back, they are not going to get away with this.
