I am very unhappy with the service I was provided through the Orbitz website. I was charged for a ticket that I never recieved. When I sought assistance, I was not helped but instead pushed through the chain of command with each representative trying to make me purchase the ticket again. I was finally told that the account would be recredited my money within 3 to 10 days, but now I am left with no money to make another purchase until the money is reimbursed to my account and no guarantee that the ticket will be at the same price when I attempt to rebook the flight. The only good thing that I can say is that the telephone representative was the first considering and remotely competent person that I spoke with. I have never had this much trouble booking with any other travel agency in my life.
