We purchased a dream vacation through Airticketmasters.com/Roger and paid him $4,500 by faxed check to a NYC fax number. We had a detailed itinerary and "e-tickets". The trip had to be canceled due to a death in the family. Roger was very sympathetic and assured me of a refund.
After many months of promises, I called the airlines directly only to find that Roger had never purchased the tickets so there were no tickets to refund. He is a highly skilled ripoff artist that takes advantage of anyone he can. We are disgusted by him.
