I will never buy another ticket from Orbitz. We bought tickets back in February to travel to Chile. Today they called and told me that they would have to refund the tickets because one of the airlines couldn't accommodate us. I call straight to the airline and they told me that wasn't true. I realize that since I paid a low fare they refund me the money and sold it for twice as match. My family doesn't get to go in vacation anymore. Thank you orbitz for screwing my family.
