Had to undergo emergency surgery and in order to re-schedule 4 airline tickets and hotel vacation to Puerto Rico we are being charged extra $570!
Both companies Orbitz Travel & American Airlines say they will not lower fees even with doctor's letter.
Very unfeeling and unfair business practices. I want to appeal to anyone who can help me change these excessive charges.
